Over all, it was a good visit. I never go inside I am a drive through customer pretty much all the time. Their drive through service is always good when I use it. Service with a smile.

This place has plenty of ill trained employees! If they knew what they were doing you might get decent service! Very unprofessional.

I love KFC as long as the chicken isn't over cooked. The Jackson GA location always overcooked my chicken.. Thomaston GA location is good.

It was TERRIBLE! I have been here a few times but last time was over the top. While there waiting about 15 minutes, several (4) people had to get out of their cars and come in to get their order correct. The staff was rude, unfriendly and very unaccomodating. Once I finally got my order the lady snatched by bag out of my hand to verify it was correct. My meal for 3 people was over $30.00. Once back to the job site, the tenders were tough and warm/cold and the cookies were too hard to even eat. I opted to wait on the pot pies so they were good but the other meals were just terrible and the biscuits old. I won't go back. I have video of me and my son trying to pull the chicken apart. Waste of money. Don't go here.

Went to Kentucky Fried Chicken tonight at 6pm (Tuesday), they were very busy and they did an ok job trying to keep up. They did run out of chicken legs (which they need to be ready for the rush) but, they did give out a wing in place of it. The staff were working hard to get customers in and out as fast as they could. Over all, it was a good visit. The lobby was a little messy, but I guess they had not had time to get out there to clean up because of the rush of the customers. Again, it was an over all good visit. I did get my food to go so, I can't reply on the buffet .
